At Popsmith, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
